Highlights from the PCC 6abc Breakfast Reception

This week, we were thrilled to welcome sponsors, partners, and community leaders for a breakfast reception celebrating the return of the Philadelphia Cycling Classic presented by AmeriGas—a major milestone as we go full gas toward race day on August 30.

The room was buzzing. It was incredible to come together in person, share updates on race planning, and feel the momentum building behind this world‑class sporting event in real time. The energy was undeniable—and it confirmed what we’ve known all along: the excitement around bringing the Classic back to Philly’s streets, in a way that honors its legacy and looks boldly to the future, is very real.

To us, this is more than a bike race. It’s a citywide moment—where neighborhoods, spectators, athletes, and the community come together, and where Philadelphia itself becomes the stadium.
